This document describes the OBPG_OCTS data files. This document is sub-divided into three sections: OBPG_OCTS level 1, OBPG_OCTS level 2 and OBPG_OCTS level 3 respectively. All the files are pure HDF4 files.
The following table summarizes the information collected for all the files:
